We can provide you with the following service:

– System Condition, Quality and Specification Inspection and Report

Yes, this is a service we provide for many of our clients.

You can use different teams, but we don’t recommend it. Transportation and freight companies are not MRI specialists, so they would not necessarily handle the expensive equipment with the same care and consideration as a professional. It is always immensely simpler if you use an MRI or CT specialist to oversee all aspects of the installation.

An MRI system can be successfully de-installed and removed in 2-4 days. A CT System typically takes 1-3 days to remove and deinstall.

When removing or de-installing an MRI or CT Scanner, many considerations must be planned to make the removal as smooth as possible. For example, exits routes, hight of doorways, newly constructed wall that were not present at the time of installation, etc.

Site inspections are carried out before the project so we can do complete planning to guarantee a successful deinstallation.

De-install requires removal teams, an engineer to ramp down the system and ensure its functionality is documented before shut down, and a crane and building crew. And, of course, transportation.
While we don’t handle every aspect personally, we work closely with our clients to help coordinate every step with other contractors.

An engineer is vital to ensure the integrity and de-installation of your system. Since it is an expensive piece of equipment,  we recommend an engineer’s presence during the removal of the system.

In some cases, yes. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us directly with specific information about the system.

If your MRI is giving alerts regarding helium levels, it is vital to contact a service engineer immediately. There is a natural loss of Helium (boil-off), in which case a routine refill must be scheduled. However, there are also instances where service is required to avoid further Boil-off. If you don’t know the age of your Helium compressor or Coldhead, or if it is over five years old, you may need to plan a replacement. Feel free to contact us. We will be happy to point you in the right direction or provide the service required.
